23 Months

I can't believe my baby girl is going to be 2 in less than a month!  She is becoming a super sweet, smart little girl!



Little Mommy in Training

Over the past few weeks, Lila has been carrying around one of her baby dolls almost everywhere we go.  It is really cute to see her do/say things to the baby that I say to her.  I think she is going to be a great mommy's helper when baby brother comes!

The Fairies

When Tom has the day off, we try to ask Lila what she wants to do.  Lately it has involved Magic Kingdom, and last week was no different.  This time she wanted to go see the fairies.  

Lila's New "Desk"

Lila has enjoyed coloring and painting lately, so i decided she needed her own little "desk".  All you have to do is take an empty cardboard box, turn it upside down, cut out a leg hole, and get a step stool from the the Target $1 spot and presto the perfect desk for an almost 2 year old.

Twinkle Little Star

Lila has always enjoyed music and now she is starting to actually sing.  Here she is singing twinkle little star!

Puddles

The past few days we had a lot of rain, so we had some good puddles behind our house.  Lila loves water, so we took her to splash around a little before bed.

Baby Brother

It you ask Lila where her baby brother is, you will get one of two answers, "mommy's tummy" or "at Target".  The other night, she was sitting in my lap and she felt the baby move.  When I told her that was baby brother, she seemed excited.

Disney Princesses

Lila has decided that she likes the Disney Princesses.  Yesterday we went to meet "Tangled" and Lila said she also wanted to see the pink one with the crown.  She wanted to show the pink one (Sleeping Beauty), her pink princess dress since it was the "same same".  We ended up seeing Rapunzel, Cinderella, Belle, and Aurora.  When we returned home, we were greeted by our favorite princess of all, Princess Daddy!

  

29 Weeks

I can't believe I am already 29 weeks along in this pregnancy.

Disney Trip

July ended with a fun week visiting Grandma, Best Lu Lu, Aunt Lindsey, and cousins Isaac and Elliott at Disney.  We spent the week staying at Old Key West Resort.  It was a great week!!!
